DURAFIX® 200

Durak's DURAFIX 200 superfine embroidery thread is designed to solve production difficulties and simplify embroidery with small letters and tiny details.

Get those tiny texts and minute details crystal clear.
DURAFIX 200 superfine embroidery thread offers you the solution to unparalleled embroidery detail, making the production of tiny letters and extremely fine details easier than ever. As well as helping to reduce the puckering effect when embroidering on stretch fabrics or high-performance technical fabrics such as sportswear, it also facilitates embroidery on lightweight materials. The embroidery thread flows perfectly with the delicate embroidery on fabrics and garments.

TIPS:

Shank thread

Choosing the right bobbin thread makes all the difference when embroidering designs with minute details. We suggest using Bobbin Next 180 bobbin thread. The finer the bobbin thread you use with the Durafix 200, the better the result. As this thread is very fine, it allows for more flexibility in small embroidery details and very small letters.

Needle thickness
Thinner threads require narrower needles. You should use a needle between #55 and #65. Generally, a needle with an RG point works for most fabrics and an R or FFG point is ideal for knits.

Digitizing the embroidery
Digitizing (pricking) an embroidery design, especially when it involves small letters and minute details, requires a specific technique. Using a finer thread requires more stitch density, which will allow you to obtain more detail in the embroidery. Before starting the digitizing process, it is important to decide what adjustments and parameters are needed to make the design suitable for embroidery and guarantee a high-quality result.

Note:
The colors shown here are not original. The colors and color numbers on the color charts are decisive.
